Sitting quietly behind a tree in the courtyard a girl with black hair and blue eyes hid from the world she was assured would be against her. Being a Snape wasn't what it was cracked up to be. Turns out what her father told her, wasn't everything like she thought. Her father was the "Half-Blood Prince" and "The Potions Master" and so many other things. Evil just never came to mind. Sometimes she could feel piercing eyes at the back of her head. Now if only people just told her the truth, what really happened all those years ago, maybe she just wouldn't dread a secret she had to keep from everyone at all costs. One that would most likely be released on her death bed, or unless someone could read minds.

Mulling over her thoughts she wondered if the hat knew of her fear of snakes? Surely people realized by now that she was terrified of being bitten and killed by a snake like Voldemort's faithful one, Nagini. And yet, she was placed in Slytherin, her father's house.

Blasting the thought from her mind, Silvana awaited for something to happen, not wanting to think about it no longer.
